Amazing fight gym with students ranging from beginner to world elite. I'd dare to say it belongs to the top 3 gyms I ever visited outside of Thailand. In particular, I recommend their 1:1 private training sessions. I've been training with Lyndon Knowles and I can see clear progression after every session.
Proper training gym with proper coaches. Good for all levels. Coaches who correct you and care as the class goes on. A lot of gyms will just have you running drills with no advice or guidance. Definitely worth the money. Respect to Anthony!
